Help with making a perfect cleanser for acne? - can you make turmeric tea with turmeric powder

it's my recipe, and seems to work, but I can not push that little extra to get rid of acne completely.

Face Wash with Tea Tree Oil
The oil pure tea tree
Salt
Rolled zinc

Do you think it makes sense to the turmeric in it to improve or it will just overload the number of different ingredients and add to worse?
